MTS Policies
Application Fee
There is a $20 application fee for all workshops, which is payable when completing the online application. This is a one-time, non-refundable fee.
Deposits
To secure your place in MTS workshops, a $100 deposit is required, which is refundable until 2 weeks prior to start of workshop. For the Summer Physical Theater Institute, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required. All deposits will be applied to workshop fees.
Fees
Full balance (minus your deposit) is due one week (7 calendar days) from the start date of the workshop. For the Summer Physical Theater Intensive, full balance is due no later than April 13, 2012. If full balance is not paid on time, your place will be given to a waiting list candidate and your deposit will be forfeited.
Refund Policy
- Fall or Spring Workshops: Deposit and/or full fee may be refunded up until 2 weeks out from start of workshop. There will be no refund of any part of the fee if the student drops out of the workshop after its commencement. If the student withdraws from the workshop due to sickness or family emergency they will be given full credit for the remaining amount if they miss half or more of the workshop. If they miss less than half of the remaining hours for the same above reasons they will be given pro-rated credit for the remaining hours. Both these credits are usable for up to two years (only) towards any workshop with MTS.
- Summer Physical Theater Institute: $500 deposit is non-refundable. Full fee (minus deposit) may be refunded up until 1 month out from start of workshop. If student withdraws from workshop any time in the first two weeks after its commencemnt they may receive half of their full fee minus the $500 deposit. After two weeks there are no refunds for any reason.
