Apply to MTS

To submit an application, please complete the following online form.
$20 non-refundable application fee is due along with online application. After completing the online application, you will be prompted to submit fee via Paypal. Applications are not complete until fee is received.
For the Summer Physical Theater Intensive, you will be contacted for a phone interview by a member of MTS faculty upon receipt of your application and $20 fee. For regular classes/workshops, a phone interview is not required.
Once MTS faculty member has approved your application, you will receive an email with instructions for payment of deposit and fees.
Please note that your place in all workshops/classes is not confirmed until we have received your deposit.
